Having recently qualified as an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Coach (accredited by the Complementary Therapies Accredited Association, membership number 10666230), I am delighted to add CBC to the services offered through Rainbow Crescent.
What is Cognitive Behavioural Coaching?
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching is an approach to coaching model that draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques.
Through the use of exercises, activities, and models, a Cognitive Behavioural Coach can help clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
The CBT Coaching framework is built on the foundation of a coachee wanting to move from their current state of being to a desired state and the coach helps them to gain clarity on what action can be taken to achieve this.
